How to Wrap Text in Google Sheets
Text wrapping ensures all your content is visible within cells. Instead of overflowing into adjacent cells or being cut off, wrapped text stays within its cell boundaries.
Select Your Cells
Highlight the cells where you want to wrap text.
Use the Toolbar Button
Click the "Text wrapping" button in the toolbar (it looks like a left-aligned text with a wrapped arrow). Select "Wrap".
💡 The text wrapping button is next to the alignment controls.
Use the Format Menu
Go to Format > Wrapping > Wrap. This applies the same setting through the menu.
Adjust Row Height
After wrapping, rows will automatically expand to show all content. You can manually adjust row height by dragging the row boundary.
